3. PURCHASING PROCESS

5. SHIPPING CRITERIA NOTE: CHECK INFORMATION WITH THE CUSTOMER
5.1 Orders are processed and delivered to the private courier company once payment confirmation is received within a maximum of two business days: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CDMX time zone). If it is a non-business day, then it will start counting from the next business day. The delivery time of the order will be within 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
5.2 The shipping cost is subject to the weight and volume of the product, as well as the delivery destination.
5.3 Our shipments will be made through the private courier service. La Flor de Córdoba undertakes to provide you with the guide number. This guide can be used on the courier's website to track your order until it is received.

6. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

7. CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
7.1 Cancellations can only be made if the purchase has not been finalized. Once the order has been settled, no refund can be demanded, except in the event that the product has a manufacturing defect.
