DESCRIPTION
Turkish coffee, confirmed by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, is a way of roasting, preparing and serving the Turkish's own coffee.
It is generally prepared with light roasted Arabica coffee, with a "Turkish" type of grind to achieve a floury consistency.
The profile of this cup is a very concentrated coffee.
It is a unique coffee that does not need to be filtered or strained, the grounds settle by themselves at the bottom of the cup.
